What Is Coconut Water?

Coconut Water is the nutritious clear liquid inside young green coconut fruit and it is highly rich in natural sugars, vitamins, minerals, electrolytes, enzymes, amino acids, cytokine, and phyto-hormones. Apart from being a refreshing drink with a sweet “nutty” taste, studies have shown that coconut water have antiviral, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activity.
